Intend is driven by two directors – Joeke Abbing and Gill Joy – who are long standing colleagues with a shared passion to help clients grow their business and secure new opportunities.
Both Joeke and Gill have over 20 years’ experience in business development, bid management and project management. They enjoyed a highly successful collaboration over 12 years in Brussels and Luxembourg managing transnational EU programmes before setting up Intend in The Netherlands and in Scotland in 2006.
