Riina is specialist in writing proposals and bid coordination and supports our customers who apply for tenders from international organisations. She has extensive experience and knowledge of EU funding instruments and bidding processes at various institutions. She has recently been working on various assignments, including writing a succesful bid for an NGO applying at Unicef and collaborated with an international NGO on market research and mapping of funding sources to finance an SDG campaign.

She has also a wider experience and interest in sourcing funding for NGOs, developing strategies and action plans. Other areas include research, monitoring and evaluation.
